As a reminder, physical ID cards are mailed to members within 7-10 business days after their policies are effectuated.

To help members obtain their member ID information prior to receiving their card, you can either visit their member profile page in your book of business (BoB) to view a digital version of their card or advise them to log in to their member online portal at myuhc.com/exchange to access a downloadable ID card.
